We’re so excited that we have been selected as a 2021 Visa She’s Next Black Women-Owned Business Grant Recipient! 🎉 Visa committed 10K and an IFundWomen coaching membership to 60 Black women-owned businesses through this program, and we are honored to be a recipient!
This grant and your support will make it possible for Big Blue & You to continue inspiring youth to connect with art, science and ocean conservation. 💙 We’re so excited for the next time we’ll be able to do this again in person at Art by the Sea. Projects like Art by the Sea are an amazing way for us to connect with the next generation and connect with them through a passion for the ocean. Seeing their drive is what fuels us to work even harder, because we want a clean and healthy ocean for each generation to come!
But of course we haven’t been sitting still at Big Blue & You during the last year! In partnership with PangeaSeed, we are creating a program called S.E.A. Squad, an innovative S.T.E.A.M. marine education program with a goal to inspire the next generation of ocean and environmental activists. 🌊 This digital program will help us continue to reach future leaders from all over and will set them up for an amazing career in ocean conservation.
